Secondly, if it is necessary to make appropriate adjustments to the environmentally friendly hydraulic station during work, the handles of the relevant valves should not be turned arbitrarily after adjustment to prevent affecting the normal operation of the hoist braking system. In addition, staff need to regularly check the valves on the safety braking device and the connection status of each screw.

Thirdly, if it is necessary to replace the oil pipe in the hydraulic station, acid washing treatment should be carried out first after welding the new oil pipe. Otherwise, it may affect the cleanliness of the oil in the entire system.

In general, during the use of environmentally friendly hydraulic system hydraulic stations, the staff must regularly filter the hydraulic oil, usually every six months. Special attention should be paid that even new oil does not necessarily mean it is truly clean, so it must be filtered before being injected into the system.
