Electric stainless steel fixed double-ball ball valve
Design concept
The integrated stainless steel valve body integrates two fixed balls. A single valve replaces the traditional series connection of two valves, significantly reducing the length. Each ball is independently sealed, and a relief port is provided in the middle cavity to meet the dual cutting and relief functions. Stainless steel material has strong corrosion resistance. The fixed ball structure has low torque. When combined with an electric actuator, it can achieve remote dual isolation control, which is suitable for automated pipelines with high requirements for isolation reliability.

Double shut-off - The two balls are independently sealed. If one side fails, the other side can still be cut off
Intermediate relief - The cavity between the two balls can be depressurized and emptied to verify the sealing performance and ensure complete isolation between the upstream and downstream

Optional travel testing and bus communication interfaces are available, which can be connected to safety instrument systems and upper computer monitoring.
