Structural features
Fixed ball ear shaft support: The ball is rigidly fixed to the center of the valve body by the upper and lower ear shafts. The medium thrust is introduced into the valve body through the ear shafts, and the sealing surface only bears a controllable spring preload force.
Stainless steel valve body: Made of A182 forging or A351 casting, it features a fully open flow channel with a smooth inner wall and extremely low flow resistance.
Piston effect valve seat: The medium in the downstream valve seat is self-tightened, while the spring in the upstream valve seat is pre-tightened and can automatically release pressure.
Performance advantage
Wide temperature range application: Austenitic stainless steel has no ductile-brittle transition temperature and maintains toughness and strength throughout the entire temperature range from -196°C to 538°C.
Corrosion resistance: F316/CF8M contains molybdenum and is resistant to chloride ion pitting corrosion and chemical medium corrosion.
Low operating torque: The medium thrust is carried by the ear bearing, and the torque is only 1/3 to 1/5 of that of the floating ball of the same specification. The actuator specification is small.
Bidirectional zero leakage: Meets API 598 zero-bubble acceptance, with reliable bidirectional shutdown from low pressure to full pressure.
Cavity pressure self-relief: The upstream valve seat automatically slightly opens to release abnormal pressure rise in the middle cavity, ensuring intrinsic safety.
Uniform sealing wear: The ball is precisely centered without uneven wear, and the service life of the valve seat is multiplied.

Fireproof structure: Standard equipped with primary non-metallic seal + secondary metallic seal, API 607/6FA certification.
Anti-blowout valve stem: Inverted sealing step, meeting API 608.
